What is Ask For Health?

Ask for Health is a health information website designed for young people. It’s a one-stop-shop for all your health-related questions and resources.

Ask For Health is a collaborative effort by young people like you, in partnership with Youth Action and funded by the NSW Ministry of Health. We’re all working together to provide you with the health information you need.

You can find a wide range of health-related information on Ask For Health. This includes topics like mental health, sexual health, visiting the doctor, Aboriginal health support, out of home care, Medicare, alcohol and other drugs, LGBTIQA+, chronic illness, consent, vaccination and immunisation, services for young people in NSW, general health and puberty, emergency, and your rights at the doctor. We’ve got you covered!

Ask For Health is here to help you navigate the health system and understand your own health better. We provide resources and education on a variety of health topics that matter to young people in NSW. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence when it comes to your health.
